Your ad must be confirmed via telephone by a Legal Notice representative before publication. We will make every attempt to contact you, however, it may take up to 24 hours to process your request. Please allow additional time if you're placing your ad on Friday or over the weekend as we will not be able to process your request until Monday. If you need to place your ad immediately, please call 425-339-3089.

All Legal Notices are subject to approval by The Herald before publication. We reserve the right to edit, revise, reject or cancel a Legal Notice at any time.

The deadline is 3:00 P.M., two days before publication, except Mondays edition, which is Friday 12 noon. We'll confirm the beginning date and cost of the Legal Notice at the time we call you. We require at least 24 hours before the publish deadline to process your ad. Please allow additional time if you're submitting a Legal Notice on Friday, over the weekend or on a holiday.
